Melodee Wynne Founder and Director
Melodee is the founder and Director of the Duplin Music Academy.
She studied Piano Performance with Dr. Paul Tardiff from East Carolina
University and earned her BM in Organ from the University of North Carolina
at Wilmington. She has performed throughout eastern North Carolina as
a soloist and accompanist and is a regular adjudicator for the NCMTA,
Southeasten Piano Competition and several music festivals. Melodee has
taught in the Duplin County area for the past 28 years, and continues
as a church musician, director and handbell director.
